The hardest part of treating hair loss is that you cannot tell whether it is working. Day to day your hair looks the same to you. Six months in, most women are still guessing — and guessing is why people stop doing something that was working.
So photo check-ins are built in from day one. Same angles, same lighting, same intervals, stored side by side. Not a marketing device, and not something we would ever publish: your own record, so you can see what is actually changing instead of trying to remember what your part looked like in March.

- Is this legitimate? Who reviews my intake?
- Retaina is a company being built by a real team, incorporated in Delaware. We are not open yet, which is why this site talks about reserving rather than buying. When we open, intakes are reviewed by licensed clinicians through our clinical partner. Retaina itself is not a medical provider and does not decide who receives treatment.
- What does it cost?
- $49 a month for founding members, and that price stays yours for as long as your membership is active. One price covers treatment, review, and shipping. There is no consultation fee and there are no add-ons.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time. The link is in your confirmation email; it opens a page that shows your reservation and asks you to confirm once, so that nothing cancels your spot by accident. That applies to the reservation now and to a membership later. Cancelling a reservation removes your saved card. There is no phone call and no retention script.
