Retaina is a company being built by a real team, incorporated in Delaware. We are not open yet, which is why this site talks about reserving rather than buying. When we open, intakes are reviewed by licensed clinicians through our clinical partner. Retaina itself is not a medical provider and does not decide who receives treatment.

$49 a month for founding members, and that price stays yours for as long as your membership is active. One price covers treatment, review, and shipping. There is no consultation fee and there are no add-ons.

Nothing is charged. Your card is saved with Stripe and your founding price is locked. We email you when we open and ask whether you want to start. If you say yes, your first month begins then. If you say nothing, nothing happens.

A licensed clinician may decide that treatment is not appropriate for you, and that decision is theirs rather than ours. If that happens your reservation is cancelled, nothing is charged, and we will tell you what the reviewer saw so that you can take it to your own doctor.

Any time. The link is in your confirmation email; it opens a page that shows your reservation and asks you to confirm once, so that nothing cancels your spot by accident. That applies to the reservation now and to a membership later. Cancelling a reservation removes your saved card. There is no phone call and no retention script.

Your assessment answers and email are stored with Loops, our email provider, and are never sold or shared. We never send your answers or anything about your hair to advertising platforms — only a one-way hashed version of your email so that a signup can be matched to an ad. Card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers. Email hello@retaina.co to have all of it deleted.
