Four steps. No clinic visit, no waiting room, and no obligation until you decide to start.

1. 1. Take the assessment

   Seven questions about what you are noticing, how long it has been happening, and what you have already tried. It takes about two minutes and does not require an account. At the end you get a plain-language read on what your pattern usually means.

2. 2. Complete an online intake

   If you decide to go further, you complete a fuller intake: health history, medications, what has changed recently, and standardized photos of your part and crown taken at home. The photos do double duty — they are what the reviewer needs, and they are the baseline you will compare against later.

3. 3. A licensed clinician reviews your intake

   A licensed clinician reviews your intake — treatment is prescribed only where clinically appropriate; some applicants will be declined. That is not a formality. Hair loss has causes that call for a different response, and a reviewer who never says no is not reviewing anything. If you are declined you are not charged, and we will tell you what the reviewer saw so that you can take it to your own doctor.

4. 4. If treatment is right for you, it ships monthly

   It arrives at your door on a monthly cycle, with ongoing clinical support and scheduled photo check-ins so that you can see whether it is working. Cancel any time.
