What Retaina is
Retaina is a service being built by Retaina Inc. It is not open yet. This site describes what we intend to offer and lets you reserve a founding spot in advance.
What a reservation is
A reservation saves your card and holds your founding price. You are charged nothing today — the amount is zero. Your card is stored with Stripe so that we can start your membership later without asking you to enter it again.
When you would be charged
Only when two things are both true: we have opened, and you have confirmed that you want to start. We will email you when we open and ask you to confirm. If you do not confirm, you are never charged. We will not charge a card on the strength of a reservation alone.
Cancelling
You can cancel a reservation at any time, using the link in your confirmation email. The link opens a page showing your reservation and asks you to confirm once — so that a mis-tap, or an email scanner opening the link on your behalf, cannot cancel your spot. Cancelling removes your saved card. If you later become a member, you can cancel the membership at any time and it stops at the end of the period you have paid for.
Price
The founding price shown when you reserve is the price you keep for as long as your membership stays active. If we raise prices later, your price does not change. If you cancel and rejoin, the current price applies.
What the service will include
An online intake. Review by a licensed clinician. If treatment is right for you, it ships monthly. Standardized photo check-ins so that you can see what is changing. Cancel any time.

Retaina is not a medical provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The assessment on this site is not a diagnostic tool and its result is general information, not a clinical opinion. Completing it does not create a clinician-patient relationship. Nothing here is a substitute for advice from your own doctor. Any clinical services would be delivered by independent licensed providers, who decide independently whether treatment is appropriate for you. Some applicants will be declined.
Availability
We expect to be available in most US states at launch. Availability is confirmed during intake, before anything ships or is charged.
